Movements Kura Hulanda
Nestled in the tranquil charm of Otrobanda, Movements Kura Hulanda offers an intimate and serene studio experience. Designed with natural tones and a softer energy, this smaller space allows for more personalized attention and a deeper sense of connection. Here, we focus exclusively on yoga and mindful workshops, creating a peaceful environment to slow down, reconnect, and nurture both body and mind.
A quiet retreat in the city.

Description
Consciously connected breathing
In this lesson we use the transformative power of connected breathing. By connecting our breath rhythmically (no pauses between inhalation and exhalation), we leave our head, step into the now and create more awareness. We boost our immune system and create space in our body, so that energy can flow freely and we can release stored tension/stress, emotions and negative patterns.
We end the practice in deep relaxation with a long savasna.
Contra indications
This class is not recommended for pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, asthma, epilepsy and serious neurological disorders, high blood pressure and psychological disorders (including: schizophrenia, borderline symptoms, bipolar disorder and psychosis)
