A traditional Hatha Yoga class will include a series of asanas (yoga postures), done one after another, without much attention to the transitions between them. You can expect to hold poses for around five breaths each, making it a fairly accessible practice for most students.

A gentle pilates class where the instructor takes the time to adjust the class according to her students. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, Helen knows how to challenge you, exactly what your body is asking for.
Helen Griffith is a certified Pilates Instructor and is passionate about helping others with spinal rehabilitation and sports injury recovery. She has over 13 years of experience in teaching mat-based group classes using Pilates props, and individual sessions on the Pilates Reformer. She has coached a multitude of clients ranging from professional athletes to individuals with spinal rehabilitation needs, as well as other health conditions and fitness challenges. Working closely with all her clients, she presents a personalized approach to overall health and fitness, with a keen emphasis on body and mind awareness, and close attention to the proper Pilates techniques to transform her clients into strong, balanced and healthy individuals.

Sound Journey
This beautiful journey of healing sounds and voice takes you to release the pain, fear, anger, worry, old beliefs and create more space in the heart to manifest love, joy and peace in your life.
Ina uses her voice and a variety of instruments: Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, Indian flutes, tuning forks, tingsha bells, koshi bells, etc. The frequencies scan the whole body (body, mind, spirit) giving you a kind of purifying sound bath.
She sings channeled, which means; sing and create the frequencies according to the needs of the participants in the moment. That is why every sound journey is unique.
Benefits of sound healing:
• strengthens the immune system and self-healing capacity of our body
• relieves pain, anxiety and stress
• improves mental clarity
• synchronizes the right and left hemispheres and rebalances the nervous system
• slows down brain waves, pulse and blood pressure, causing deep relaxation
• cleanses the energy field (aura), activates and balances your chakras
• helps to unlock the blocked emotions, release tension and trauma
• achieve self-transformation on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level
• works on a cellular level
Things to bring:
During a healthy journey, your body temperature may drop, so wear loose, comfortable clothes and socks.
Bring a bottle of water that will be cleaned and charged with the healing frequencies during the sound bath.
If you wish, you can also bring a small object (crystal, shell, gem, etc.) to be cleared of negative energy and recharged with the healing frequencies.
No previous experience or practice is required to participate, everyone is welcome!

She studied music (teaching) and received a bachelor degree from the Conservatory of Rotterdam (1985) and The Hague(1990) . During the years of teaching music she discovered the healing power of the human voice. In 2009 she studied the technique “Sound Healing” with different teachers, o.a. Premordial sound meditations with Deepak Chopra, soundhealing Peter Gouw, (2016) voice healing with Chloe Goodchild,(2018). CHI Gong andsound healing at the shift network in 2019. She received her Sound Healer Certificate in 2022 with the Sound Healings Institute ‘Happynings’, Manon Veenstra- Verleun, Breda.
She works with different healing techniques, healing with gemstones & tuning fork, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong. Shamanistic drums, plays the Indian flute and of course sings.
