A gentle pilates class where the instructor takes the time to adjust the class according to her students. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, Helen knows how to challenge you, exactly what your body is asking for.
Helen Griffith is a certified Pilates Instructor and is passionate about helping others with spinal rehabilitation and sports injury recovery. She has over 13 years of experience in teaching mat-based group classes using Pilates props, and individual sessions on the Pilates Reformer. She has coached a multitude of clients ranging from professional athletes to individuals with spinal rehabilitation needs, as well as other health conditions and fitness challenges. Working closely with all her clients, she presents a personalized approach to overall health and fitness, with a keen emphasis on body and mind awareness, and close attention to the proper Pilates techniques to transform her clients into strong, balanced and healthy individuals.

This month we will have an other outdoor pop-up yoga and pilates class. Landhuis San Nicolas has the most spectacular views and calm vibes. 🌺
The class will Start at 9.30 and will be one hour on the outside patio. After class you are welcome to join us to go down to the private beach for a dip/swim/connect/chat/laugh.
This class will be Naf 60 for the whole experience. You will get a code for the gate to enter the private property. Spots are limited. Hope you want te share this experience with us.
