About Moving Meditations Yoga

Welcome to Moving Meditations Yoga — a space for soft, soulful transformation.

Rooted in the rich tradition of Kundalini, my classes have gently evolved into something more fluid and feminine. They’re designed to guide you through breath, movement, and stillness, helping you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more intuitive way.

Each class begins with pranayama (breathwork), anchoring you into the present moment before moving into gentle warm-ups. From there, we build into a flowing crescendo, before settling into spacious stillness. The focus on breath-work and emotional release allows you to move through your practice with ease and awareness.

This practice is for every body. All ages, genders, and levels of experience are welcome. Whether you’re seeking energy, grounding, emotional release, or simply a moment of peace, you’ll find space to move, breathe, and just be.

Moving Meditations felt like the perfect name for what this has become. It’s not just about yoga—it’s the transformation of tuning in and moving through life with more grace and awareness and surrender.
