About Moving Meditations Yoga

Welcome to Moving Meditations Yoga — a space for soft, soulful transformation.

Rooted in the tradition of Kundalini, these classes have gradually evolved into something more fluid, intuitive, and a little more feminine in feel. They’re here to support you in reconnecting with yourself through breath, movement, and stillness — in a way that feels real, not forced.

We begin with breathwork to gently arrive, followed by simple warm-ups to open the body. From there, the practice builds and flows, before softening back into stillness. The breath stays with you throughout, guiding the pace and helping everything feel more spacious and easeful.

This is a space for every body. All ages, genders, and levels of experience are welcome. You don’t need to get it right or know what you’re doing.

Whether you’re looking for grounding, a reset, or just a bit of quiet in your week, you’re welcome to come as you are — and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

Moving Meditations felt like the perfect name for what this has become. It’s not just about yoga—it’s the transformation of tuning in and moving through life with more grace and awareness and surrender.
