Looking for something that goes beyond the physical side of yoga?

This is a practice for people who don’t always feel like yoga is for them. There’s no pressure to be bendy or get into complicated shapes. Instead, we work with simple, somatic movement, breath, and deep rest to help release tension held in the body.

Through gentle rhythm and repetition, the body is guided towards a sense of safety and stillness. From there, things can begin to soften and shift in their own time — physically, emotionally, and in the nervous system.

Comfort and cosiness really matter here. You’re invited to move at your own pace, rest when you need to, and take the practice in a way that feels right for you.

Come as you are. No flexibility needed, just a willingness to show up.
