Description

This is shared studio time, not a formal Mysore class.

A chance to move through your practice at your own pace and enjoy the company of fellow practitioners. Meghan will be practicing too and available for the occasional question, but instruction will be minimal.

The atmosphere is one of quiet focus and self-study. You're welcome to practice asana, sit in meditation or work with pranayama.

Suitable for students with an established self-practice, as well as anyone seeking a quiet space for contemplation.
