I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 16 and have been teaching for nearly 10 years. I completed my 500-hour Hatha Yoga training in India, studied in an ashram in The Bahamas, and trained in Thai massage in Toronto. In my workshops, I love blending massage, medicinal plants, and yoga to create grounded and holistic experiences.
My classes are accessible, intentional, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. When you practice with me at Nami, you can expect a non-judgmental space where you’re invited to meet yourself fully.
I’m here to guide you gently, challenge you mindfully, and help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner balance.
Description
This Partner Yoga & Thai Massage workshop is a beautiful way to both give and receive assisted stretching while learning the some basics of Thai massage.
The session will begin with a chill, fun partner stretching flow and playful yoga shapes. In the second half, Alisa will guide you through some foundational Thai massage techniques that you’ll practice with each other. The session will end with guided relaxation and savasana.
You’re welcome to come with a friend, a partner, or on your own & we’ll match you in class.
