A gentle introduction to yoga to give you a flavour of what a yoga class feels like. Breath work, half a dozen common yoga poses, how to get into them, followed by a wonderful relaxing savasanna at the end. Ideal for anyone who is curious about yoga. Or anyone who has done a bit, but wants a refresher of their technique.
