Description
A very gentle restorative class, focusing on breath, stretching, balance and mobility. We use props to help us, and there are no downward dogs, chaturangas or high planks. Ideal for anyone who hasn’t done any flexibility work for years, is recovering from injury or anyone who finds some of the moves in Slow Vinyasa/Vinyasa challenging.
