Description

A wonderful end to the week. A gentle Slow Flow and some loooong stretching at the end. Take the time to really listen to your body and what it wants, what it needs. Moving mindfully through a slow flow, building strength and flexibility. Then we'll move into releasing knots and tension, holding supported floor-based postures to allow your deep muscle tissues to 'let go'. It will leave you feeling balanced, relaxed and restored.
