Description

Step onto your mat, switch off mentally and connect with your breathe and movement. A flowing yoga sequence, starting with warming sun salutations followed by holding poses. Designed to warm, stretch and align your body, to get you moving, breathing and connecting your mind and body.

Slow and mindful, gentle but powerful, can be restorative or as powerful as you make it. Not necessarily easier because it’s slow - we’re often holding in a pose for a while. But you take rest when you need to.
