I teach the Baptiste style of Vinyasa yoga where the emphasis is on awakening and empowering, and Yin yoga - for deep release. From beginners to seasoned yogis. And everyone in between.
Description
A very gentle restorative class. We focus on moving with our breath, our postural alignment and building strength. We work on our balance and mobility, and stretching. We use props to help us, and there are no downward dogs, chaturangas or high planks. Ideal for anyone who hasn’t done any flexibility work for years, is recovering from injury or anyone who finds some of the moves in Vinyasa challenging. Its also an ideal class for complete beginners as we are moving slowly and mindfully so there is time to “find” each pose and settle into it. This class is suitable for anyone who can get down onto the floor and up again unaided.
