Description

A gentle introduction to yoga to give you a flavour of what a yoga class feels like. Breath work, half a dozen common yoga poses, how to get into them, followed by a wonderful relaxing savasanna at the end. Ideal for anyone who is curious about yoga. You can join in or you can listen and watch. These sessions are monthly, usually on the first Monday of the month, unless its a Bank Holiday, in which case, shortly after.
