Description

Feel more grounded, energized, and at ease through a guided longevity-focused movement and breath practice designed to support strength, balance, mobility, and nervous system health over time.

This live, small-group practice is grounded in therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and evidence-informed principles that support healthy aging, brain health, and long-term resilience. Movements are intelligent, adaptable, and intentionally sequenced so you can practice safely and effectively — meeting your body where it is, while continuing to build capacity.

Nicole DeAvilla, author of The 2 Minute Yoga Solution and an internationally recognized yoga therapist and educator, is known for her ability to individualize within a group setting. You’ll be guided with clarity and care, without pressure to perform or push beyond what’s right for you.

This is not a generic yoga class. It’s a thoughtful, longevity-centered practice for people who want to feel better now and support their health for the long run.

This practice emphasizes slower, deeply regulating movements and supported postures to promote recovery, nervous system balance, and long-term resilience.

New participants are asked to have a brief conversation with Nicole before attending to ensure the practice is a good fit and that you feel fully supported.

You are always encouraged to listen to your body, honor your limits, and practice in a way that feels safe and sustainable for you. If you are under a physician’s care, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.
