Animal flow 動物流講求活動性、關節柔韌性及肌肉力量的訓練。透過不同形態的練習,把身體各部分連結一起,從而慢慢提高靈活度及敏捷性。
動物流大致有4個基本形態:ABCS,即是Ape、Beast、Crab及Scorpion,把這幾個形態串連一起,模仿動物流動,增強肌耐力、爆發力和協調性。
適合想強化肌力及伸展身體、增加身體柔韌性及穩定性人士,不適合手腕受傷人士。
Animal flow emphasizes the training of mobility, joint flexibility and muscle strength. Through different forms of exercises, you could link up with all parts of the body, and gradually improve the flexibility and agility. There are mainly four basic forms of animal flow: ABCS, namely Ape, Beast, Crab, and Scorpion. An animal flow is to connect all these forms, which could enhance muscle endurance, explosive power and coordination.
The class is suitable for those who are looking for muscle strengthening and stretching, enhancement on body flexibility and stability, not suitable for those with wrist injuries.
