This yoga class is to improve spinal flexibility, stability and strength while reducing back pain and discomfort through gentle stretching, strengthening and realignment movements. Back care yoga usually includes stretches for the back muscles, such as forward bends, backbends, and twists, as well as core and back strengthening poses. The practice could relieve back pain and stiffness, strengthen back muscles, improve spinal flexibility and range of motion, balance and coordination as well as to promote relaxation and reduce stress through practice.
This class is suitable for anyone who wants to improve spinal health, people who sit in an office for a long time, the elderly, beginners etc.
