Description

This is a strong class geared towards those that have an established yoga practice (and all that means is that you don’t need a detailed explanation of the basics, such as what a down dog or a sun salutation is!). It is a vinyasa flow class, focusing on different elements of the practice, such as backbends, hamstrings, side body lengthening, arm balances. There is an emphasis on strength in the postures and in the transitions between poses. There are always alternatives/modifications offered for all the poses.
