This 2-hour Level 3 workshop is designed for teachers and trainees who want a deeper, more functional understanding of mobility and flexibility. We’ll explore how to develop strength at end range and apply it directly to asana and sequencing.

This will be a strong focused practice with techniques you can use in your own practice and teaching.

What we will be looking at:
• Muscle activation in lengthened positions
• Hamstring and hip flexor mechanics in asana
• The role of active range in injury prevention
• Cueing for control rather than depth
• Integrating strength-based mobility into your classes
• Active vs passive flexibility (and why it matters)
• End-range strength for hamstrings + hip flexors
• “Hover” drills and controlled transitions
