A Yoga class to harmonise mind, body and soul with the changing seasons.

This 60 minute class combines a strengthening flow, deep meditative stretches, soothing Yoga Nidra - with a sprinkling of Mudra, Mantra and Yogic philosophy along the way.



In February we nurture peace and self love as an alternative Valentine with breath, movement and visualisations practices for a contented heart. Move from sleepy hibernation of Winter towards the towards Spring and the celebration of light and new life.
