“Beginner flow yoga increases flexibility, strengthens muscles, and improves balance by introducing foundational poses at a manageable pace. This practice reduces stress, boosts energy, and fosters a strong mind-body connection through conscious breathing. It is highly accessible for improving posture, mental clarity, and overall physical, cardiovascular health.

This class is open to all. Min always offers different variations to suit different practice levels and she helps dig deeper of foundational poses. You will feel these sessions fun, accessible and meantime challenging. The beginner flow will arm you with enough knowledge of yoga, strength and confidence before processing to more advanced sequences!
