Slow paced and strength building flow yoga class. Teaching you the foundations of flow yoga, linking movement to breath as you flow through a sequence of connected asanas. Designed with variations to meet you at your experience level, with plenty of verbal cues and guidance. Great for beginners looking to gain confidence and develop a regular practice, and those that enjoy a slower paced flow.
