A class to wake and stretch the body, connect with yourself and your breath, and ready yourself and your mind for the day ahead.
Taking time to gently stretch out the whole body, easing off any stiffness or tightness in the joints and muscles, before rising towards a standing flow sequence, moving through connected postures with the breath, to invite more space and freedom. Gently building energy, to leave you feeling revitalised.
Finished with a soothing Savasana, you’ll rise from this class with renewed energy.
