A weekend flow class to wake your body, and feed your soul, paired with a nourishing brunch to gather with your yoga community.

Come with friends, or come alone - everyone is welcome and this is a great chance to make connections and meet your mat neighbours.

A 60 minute vinyasa flow class, to move with intention, connect with your body and breath, and promote well-being. Aligning with the energy of the weekend - slowing down and redirecting your energy back to yourself.

Followed by a nutritious plant based brunch.
