Shake off your week and unwind ready for the weekend with this Friday night Yang Yin Flow class.

Combining Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga to physically release the energy of the week before settling towards slower, restorative postures, to rebalance the body and mind.

A balance between movement and stillness, strength and softness, yang and yin.

The first half of this class will encourage your energy to move freely through you, building heat, as we flow through asana, connecting breath to movement and letting go of the week with a vinyasa practice.

Readying you to slow down in the second half of the class, where we will cool down with a Yin practice, holding postures for longer to enjoy a deeper stretch, calming the nervous system and inviting more balance in the body and mind.

Finished with a peaceful meditation and deep savasana.

This ambient and candle lit class will create space for your wellbeing and promote relaxation at the end of your week, leaving you feeling lighter and de-stressed.
