this dynamic class builds on foundational postures with bodyweight moves, connecting, holding and pulsing shapes, for a full-body and heat building experience.
With the addition of light weights and cardio bursts, this class aims to challenge the core, build strength and stability, and create that feel-good sweat.
We’ll explore the power of the breath to ignite Tapas (inner fire) and build energy, as well as to link movements, for
form and presence, transforming this physical workout into a mindful practice.
- Vinyasa Yoga + Strength training + HIIT
- Hot temperature, heated to 30+ degrees
- Upbeat energy and music
- Light hand weights to add resistance and challenge
- Finished with a restorative Savasana
