Classical Flow to Yin

This class is designed to improve our mobility and posture. It is a wonderful compliment to flow classes. There are deeper yoga sequences with longer holds that utilize many of our props. Expect to feel relief from physical tension and a more relaxed mind. Flow to Yin is accessible to all. All props are provided. This class is great for: athletes, aging bodies, and beginners.
