A slow moving series of long-held, passive floor postures that work the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. You'll be led into a meditative-style practice with soothing music and a comforting space to bring your body, mind, and soul back into alignment. Take a stroll to Dante's afterwards for dinner and a drink!
