In this morning yoga class you can enjoy quiet stillness when you arrive, warm up with a slow flow, and then energize your body and mind with more vigorous postures. We will end class with some Yin and Restorative postures. You will leave class feeling grounded, revitalized, and prepared to flow into the rest of your day.
