What is in Yin Yoga and why is it so beneficial for many of us? Settle in for a short overview and a yummy practice, centered around my favourite yin pose.

You'll need a:

Bolster if you have (pillows will be a good substitute)
Block, multiple if possible
Blanket(s) and some warm socks
