Theme for April: Returning to Yourself

Join us for the next Movement & Manifest circle - a gentle, nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share space with other women.

This month’s theme, Returning to Yourself, is an invitation to pause and turn inward. In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to lose touch with our own needs, intuition, and inner voice. This gathering offers a supportive space to soften, reflect, and reconnect with what feels true for you.

We’ll begin with soft, grounding movement followed by a calming yin yoga practice to help settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the body. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation focused on letting go of what no longer feels aligned and gently setting intentions for the weeks ahead.

You’ll also be invited to journal and take part in a relaxed women’s circle, creating space for reflection, conversation, and connection in a warm and supportive environment.

This gathering is open to all women - whether you come to move, reflect, listen, or share.

The evening will include:

• Gentle movement
• Yin yoga
• Guided meditation
• Journaling
• Women’s circle sharing

No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.

Just bring yourself, an open mind, and anything that will help you feel comfortable.
