Join Jade and Jess for a transformative movement, ThetaHealing®️ meditation and health workshop designed to explore the connection between our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and overall wellbeing.
Many of us carry subconscious beliefs about illness, ageing, stress, and our body's ability to heal. These hidden programs can negatively influence our health choices, emotional state, and even our physical wellbeing without us realising it.
We will open this session with gentle movement, designed to settle body and mind, before Jess guides you through a powerful ThetaHealing®️ meditation to help identify and release limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from experiencing greater vitality and wellness.
Beginning with a nourishing Yin practice, we will take time to slow down, soften, and arrive fully in the present moment. Through mindful movement, gentle stretches, and conscious breathing, you will be invited to release tension, quiet mental chatter, and create space within both body and mind. This slower pace of practice supports the nervous system, encouraging a shift away from the demands and distractions of daily life and into a state of greater ease, receptivity, and self-awareness.
As we settle, attention will be drawn inward, fostering a deeper connection with the sensations of the body, the rhythm of the breath, and the subtle messages that often go unnoticed in our busy lives. This intentional pause creates an opportunity to cultivate presence, grounding, and a sense of inner safety, providing a supportive foundation for the meditation work that follows.

About Jess:
Jess Hayden-Smith is a Naturopathic Wellness Coach, ThetaHealing®️ Practitioner, and Retreat Facilitator passionate about helping people reconnect with their body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing. Combining holistic health principles with powerful mindset and energy work, Jess guides individuals to identify and transform subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and limiting stories that may be impacting their wellbeing. She is also a Yoga Teacher and Angelic Reiki Master, integrating movement, mindfulness, and energy healing into her holistic approach to support balance, alignment, and personal transformation.
