Join Jade for a deeply restorative morning designed to reset your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling balanced, energised, and supported from within.

This mini morning retreat weaves together movement, stillness, and ear seed therapy - a gentle yet powerful wellness treatment rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

We begin with a welcome smoothie, giving you space to arrive and settle in. You’ll then move through a 45-minute Vinyasa Flow, building warmth and energy through breath-led movement, before transitioning into a 45-minute Yin practice to slow down, release tension, and encourage deep relaxation.

The morning closes with an extended guided relaxation and meditation, where you’ll receive your ear seeds.

Tiny seeds are placed on specific points on the ear (an area believed to map the whole body), helping to support:
• Stress & anxiety relief
• Energy levels + focus
• Hormonal balance
• Digestion + cravings
• Headaches & tension
