Description

Join Shevy for this 90‑minute practice inspired by the Scottish folktale of the Dream Makers, ancient beings said to shape the dreams of the world by hand.

In this practice we explore the dream makers tale, where dreams are formed from the raw materials of life, then gathered, held, and worked with intention.

Welcomed with a live telling of the story: a girl lost in the Scottish mist, the deer guide who finds her, and the craft she learns in the hidden places of the mountains, we then explore the art of sensing what’s stirring inside yourself, and tending to it until it’s formed and can take flight.

Expect gentle sequencing that pauses for moments of tapping into intuition. These pauses offer space to follow what’s rising within you, to notice what feels ready, what’s shifting, what’s beginning to shape itself with your attention.

We end with a dreamy, soft‑edged guided meditation, with sunset‑lit mountain imagery, where the deer returns as a gentle guide, leading you toward what has been forming inside you and helping you release it with ease.
