Description
Join Shevy for this 90‑minute practice inspired by coastal folklore of mermaids and how they live between worlds.
Mermaid mythology tells us that identity is layered and complex, and this practice explores that layered sense of self, tuning into what lies beneath the surface, noticing what pulls, what resists, and what feels like the truest version of yourself.
Expect slow, flowing sequences, spirals, and low, fluid transitions that dissolve rigid structure into something more continuous.
We close with a guided meditation steeped in salt air, shifting tides, sunlight on water, a space where the surface softens and the deeper layers of identity can rise and be felt.
A practice for anyone ready to go deeper, to move beyond the surface, and to reconnect with the more hidden aspects of themselves.
