Description

Join Shevy for this 90‑minute practice inspired by the phoenix, the fire‑born creature who teaches that renewal requires heat, release, and facing the flame.

This practice explores that late summer moment when everything feels full, bright, and on the edge of change. We tune into the body’s inner heat, noticing what feels tight, over held, or ready to be shed, and sensing the newness beneath it all, the part of you preparing to rise.

Expect slow deliberate building movements and strength work, with a practice that intensifies, peaks, and then empties out, mirroring the phoenix cycle of burning, clearing, and becoming.

We close with a guided meditation that traces the feeling of lightness through the body, like feathers loosening and lifting in a warm breeze, a space to absorb what feels newly spacious, and where you sense the first stirrings of your next beginning.

A practice for anyone ready to release what no longer fits, to meet their own heat with steadiness, and to rise into the next version of themselves.
