Description

Join Shevy for this 90‑minute candlelit practice inspired by the Morrígan, a shapeshifting figure from Irish mythology who stands at thresholds, crossings, and moments of irreversible change. She moves between forms, between worlds, and between states of life and death, appearing where transformation is imminent. October carries her signature: the month where the veil thins, the season turns, and you find yourself in the space between what has been and what is coming.

Expect a steady flow that leans into orientation, pause, and subtle shifts in direction, to give the sense of standing at a crossing, the pause, and the shift into the new phase.

We close with a guided meditation that meets the Morrígan- a presence at the field’s edge, at the river ford, beneath the open October sky. We will follow her through these liminal spaces, sensing the thresholds that shape a life and the direction that is beginning to form.

A practice for anyone who wants to explore how to meet life’s thresholds with steadiness and intention, whenever they arise.
