A seasonal sanctuary of restorative yoga, gentle massage, and deep rest. Step into our sanctuary and give your body the chance to slow down properly.

At the start of each session, you’re offered a warm, lightly scented wash cloth to help your senses settle and signal to your body that it’s safe to drop into stillness.

Long restorative holds then create a steady, spaciousness where everything begins to loosen, and while you rest, you receive soothing massage focused on a different area of the upper body - the places that carry tension, effort and emotional load.

Across four months, the sessions move through a gentle arc: hands and arms, the head and scalp, the face or jaw, and finally the shoulders and neck. Each one offers a different kind of relief, building a rhythm of rest through the season.

SESSION 1 — Restorative + Hand & Arm Massage

A soft beginning that eases the body into rest. Gentle hand and forearm massage delivered while you recline into supported shapes.

SESSION 2 — Restorative + Head & Scalp Massage

A soothing session that quiets the mind and releases the upper body. Slow, rhythmic scalp and temple massage while you rest in stillness.

SESSION 3 — Restorative + Face Massage
(or Head & Scalp Massage if you prefer not to have your face touched)

A calming, tender session that melts jaw, brow and facial tension. Optional scalp massage keeps this week fully choice‑based.

SESSION 4 — Restorative + Shoulder & Neck Massage

A slow unravelling of the places we brace the most. Gentle shoulder and neck massage to ease the upper body into deeper rest.

To close the practice, we sit in circle while you’re offered a chilled seasonal herbal drink to refresh and calm, with soft botanical notes that ease you back into the room. Alongside it, there’s a small sweet bite to finish, just enough to ground you gently and bring a quiet sense of completion to the evening.
