Remedy Ritual is a guided movement practice using rhythm, repetition, breath and stillness to intentionally shift your state.

It combines elements of yoga, strength work, dance, low-impact aerobic movement, breathwork and meditation to create a structured movement experience designed to influence both physiological and psychological state.

If you’ve ever finished a walk, workout, dance or yoga class and thought, “I feel more like myself again” — this is the space we’re working in.

The practice is designed to support you to:

* Release accumulated stress and physical tension
* Regulate and reset the nervous system
* Improve body awareness and resilience
* Experience movement as both energising and restorative
* Develop a greater sense of connection, presence and wellbeing

Unlike traditional exercise classes, the focus is not on performance, choreography or achieving a physical outcome. Instead, you are guided through cycles of activation, repetition, challenge, release and rest, using movement as a tool to influence how you feel — physically, mentally and emotionally.

This practice may be especially supportive if you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stressed, mentally fatigued, or “stuck in your head,” and are looking for an accessible, embodied way to reset and reconnect.
