Helen Davey - Registered yoga teacher 350 hours. As the science of movement, breath and meditation grows - this ancient practice of yoga continues to evolve to help us in the modern world. My goal is to assist you to find space in both body and mind while tuning into your innate inner wisdom on how best to move and nourish your body. Yin Yoga I love guiding people through a yin practice – a much needed opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Working with you and your unique skeletal structure to help you regain or maintain your range of motion. Hatha yoga I teach postures and techniques that are designed to move energy in your body while stretching and strengthening your muscles. Focusing on the foundation of the deep central core, I encourage you to find joy in movement while respecting your unique physical structure.
Description
Wrap up your day with a soothing yin session, getting you ready for a relaxing evening ahead.  The yin asanas will gently release your fascia and melt away any tensions in the body, and the easy pace and softness will calm the mind.
