My goal is to assist you to find space in both body and mind while tuning into your innate inner wisdom on how best to move and nourish your body.
Yin Yoga
I love guiding people through a yin practice – a much needed opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Working with you and your unique skeletal structure to help you regain or maintain your range of motion.
Hatha yoga
I teach postures and techniques that are designed to move energy in your body while stretching and strengthening your muscles.
Focusing on the foundation of the deep central core, I encourage you to find joy in movement while respecting your unique physical structure.
Description
This nourishing vinyasa flow class will have a different focus area each week
Classes will include:
postures that flow with breath to nourish the connective tissues of the body,
an opportunity for some static holds to build strength,
ending with some gentle stretches to release any residual tension from the body and mind
