A trained yoga and Pilates instructor, I have always been passionate about movement. I used to dream of being able to dance when I was younger but the realisation that rhythm was a must put a spanner in the works pretty early on! That's ok with me as I found yoga, and it's my form of dance. Every class gives me such a wonderful feeling of freedom and a sense of happiness, something that I only get from yoga.
Pilates is my medicine helping me to care for my body after many years of competitive sport and after having a family. For me the balance of yoga and Pilates is exactly what my body needs. Yoga is my tonic.
I am looking forward to sharing my passion and expertise to help you wherever you are on your yoga/Pilates journey.

I benefited from the practice right away and from that first class, I never gave up my practice. Since that day my body, mind and soul have been on a wonderful journey that gets deeper and even more beautiful every day.
During the years I have been really lucky to study with different teachers and experience different styles while traveling around the world. I practice (most important of all) and teach Ashtanga, Nidra, Restorative, Vinyasa and Hatha. I hold a 400hr YA and 200hr RYT certificates.
Yoga has changed my life. It makes grateful every day for myself and the world around me. I am deeply in love with this practice and I want to share my profound passion for it to everyone, so that they can benefit from it too.

Toni's love affair with yoga began back in the '90s when she found a piece of paper with some yoga postures and exercises on it. Even back then, with little guidance and only a rudimentary idea of what she was supposed to be doing, Toni discovered that the power of yoga lies in its ability to transform your perspective, habits and mental state.
Her approach to yoga asana is this: that we practice yoga asana to bring about an awareness of connection within and without. In a way that is equal parts playful, curious and challenging. She teaches and practices with careful consideration of sound anatomic and biomechanical principles to ensure that your yoga asana practice is safe and balanced.
She studied her first teacher training in 2009, and since then has completed two 300hr trainings, Budokon Yoga training, Children's Yoga training. She has made several trips to India to deepen her practice of meditation, yoga philosophy and pranayama. She loves facilitating learning through retreats and has been a teacher on yoga teacher training programmes since 2014.
