Start your weekend off right and find your inner calm with a Friday Lunchtime Meditation
Class.
Meditation can help to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm and can help you to find peace,
improve focus and feel more content.
Join as we explore different types and techniques of meditation each week including mantra,
visualisation, breathing, chanting, mindfulness and silent.
Please note these classes are not suitable for complete beginners - those who have completed the Four Week Introduction to Meditation Course or have other previous experience of meditation are very welcome. 

Georgina is a qualified meditation teacher trained by the British School of Meditation.
