Combining breath-led movement with functional exercises, it helps enhance body awareness, alignment, and muscular endurance—whether you’re sitting at a desk, staying active through sport, or simply moving through daily life. By strengthening from the inside out, the class also supports balance, coordination, and reduces the risk of injury. Suitable for all levels, expect a calm pace, a satisfying core challenge, and a short relaxation to finish.
