A 45-minute lunchtime class designed to help you feel toned, strong and energised. Using a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight and functional movements, this session focuses on improving muscle tone, boosting metabolism, enhancing posture, and strengthening key areas - including legs, glutes, arms, shoulders, and core/abs.
Suitable for all abilities, with options provided throughout. Expect clear demonstrations, supportive coaching, and a balanced strength workout that leaves you feeling confident and empowered. Taught by Emma England, Level 3 Personal Trainer, offering a compassionate, form-focused approach to safe and effective strength training.
