Qigong is a practice that helps to increase range of motion and flexibility; improve stability, balance and coordination; and promote vitality and longevity.

This slow, gentle moving meditation connects the body and the breath, bringing focus and peace to the body, mind, and nervous system.

By flowing through a sequence of gentle, repetative movements you will learn to feel, harness and move your own qi - the vital energy that is present in all things.

This practice is suitable for all, and can be especially beneficial for people with injury or mobility issues. It is an exercise that can be done seated or standing.
