Description
A 45-minute low-impact studio circuit class combining strength training and cardio to help women feel stronger, fitter, and more energised - without the pressure of a busy gym environment. Using a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, and functional movements, this session supports muscle tone, stamina, metabolism, heart health, and overall confidence.
The class includes strength stations, low-impact cardio, core work, and mobility for a balanced full-body workout in a calm, supportive space. Suitable for all abilities, with options provided throughout. Expect clear demonstrations, supportive coaching, and an uplifting workout that leaves you feeling confident and energised.
