Join us for a blissful sound healing. You will be lovingly guided through calming breath work and deep relaxation. The magical alchemy crystal healing bowls will support you to release energy that no longer serves you, and will recharge your body, mind and soul.

Please note, sound healing is not suitable for the first trimester of pregnancy, those with a pacemaker and those with sound-induced epilepsy. Sound healing will be led by Sarah or Jane.
