Description
This slow Vinyasa class follows our traditional Vinyasa format of "one breath, one movement", only slowed down by a beat or two. Through elongated breathing, we will be able to momentarily settle into each pose before flowing on to the next. This class is perfect for those that want to increase flexibility, release stress and solidify the fundamentals of each pose in their practice.
