Description
This open-level class is suitable for practitioners of all levels, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for more experienced students. The practice focuses on improving stability, strength, endurance, and aiding in recovery from injuries through safe, precise movement. A balanced sequence of postures—including inversions, seated poses, twists, forward bends, and backbends—encourages participants to deepen their practice at their own pace. Restorative and supported postures are thoughtfully integrated to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and allow the body to rest and rejuvenate.
