Our postpartum yoga classes are thoughtfully designed for new mothers, whether you're 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum. Each session combines gentle movement, mindful breathing, and restorative poses to support your post-birth recovery journey.
What to expect in class:
• Gentle warm-ups focused on postural awareness
• Modified yoga poses safe for postpartum bodies
• Pelvic floor exercises and core rehabilitation
• Relaxation techniques for stress relief
• Breathing exercises for energy and calm
Suitable for all levels - no previous yoga experience needed!
